I would buy the whole set if I could. I currently have and use No 3 & 4 & 5 which are pre-wash, shampoo and conditioner respectively. I cannot tell you the difference. In fact, wish I could add photos and show how healthy and salon-treated my hair looks all the time! It’s a miracle and I cannot wash it with anything else, it truly does make a huge difference. I have struggled with growing out my hair and how split ends made it look so bad but Olaplex saved it. It is worth every penny I have spent on the big bottle.

I used no3 once a wk for 3 wks before i introduced no0, no4 & no5. My hair has not been bleached or permanently coloured for 8 months as i decided to grow out my grey and take good care of my hair and invest in some expensive products stupidly thinking that would equate to quality products..... After 3 months of using the products once a wk my hair started breaking off in various places all over my head including 1 cm from my scalp. My virgin hair was breaking off as well as further down the hair shaft and my entire head of hair ended up looking so terrible that i have ended up having to buzz cut it all off. It was broken in so many places i just couldn't save it. It ended up looking matted and frizzy where there was such a huge level of breakage. It is not worth risking using these producs, and for that reason i am throwing almost £400 worth of unopened product in the bin instead of passing it on and having a friend lose all their hair too.

I started to loose hair after 4 times using it! My hair feels even more dry and damaged. Now i have bald part on my scalp!
I used Olaplex for home and the shampoo.

I read so many bad reviews and I was so scared of the trying it. But after using it for 3 months I can actually say that it’s amazing. I’ve got thick, frizzy and coloured hair. It got so rough after getting the hair colour done but since I’ve started using Olaplex no 4 and 8 they have become so thick and shiny. They don’t look damaged or rough anymore.

The only bad thing is that it formula is a bit thick and makes my hair greasy sometimes. Also it’s a bit too expensive.

I also had devastating results after using Olaplex products that resulted in sporadic balding and hair breakage and have since learned that there is a class action lawsuit and an ever growing list of people getting in on that lawsuit. While I do not intend to join that lawsuit, I do think it’s important to get the word out about the effects of this product especially because they have been so highly recommended in the past

DO NOT USE ANY OLAPLEX PRODUCTS! Olaplex will DAMAGE YOUR HAIR, CAUSE BALD SPOTS AND HAIR LOSS, SKIN RASHES!! 😭
There are support groups you can join on Facebook. Please research! I’m a trying to protect people from using these products. The physical damage and mental damage it puts you through is absolutely awful! Please spread the word before it’s too late!

I’ve been using the Olaplex for a month and my hair has been falling away in strands that amount to about 1 handful per hair wash! This could be mistaken has deficiencies, as I have had this before but never this bad, however I’m already on medication and my bloods are fine. It only started again after this product. My main issue though is the ridiculous amount of breakage at the ends of my hair. I trim my hair often and don’t use heat, so it’s usually in decent condition but every comb through is pulling away a clump of dead ends. My hair feels like straw and looks so lifeless! I’m shocked that a product that is marketed as being good for hair, is so extremely the opposite. I bought it as a treat and I’m completely devastated. It should not exist!

It hasn’t caused hair loss but it hasn’t done anything to improve my hair. I’m 50 and bought this because I was told it would increase hair growth. My hair is soft but no thicker than when I started. So definitely not worth the money.

This product has caused severe dermatitis and extreme hairloss. I used for about 5 months at first it was amazing hair was glossy shiny and silky then the hair began to fall out. I have a rash at the base of my scalp. I have been reading about this product when combines with vit c it creates the carcinogen benzene. Additionally it has an ingredient banned in EU for reprotoxicity. Avoid the product.

I have been correcting my hair for 1 year using K18 and now using olaplex my hair broke and I am starting all over again my treatment

I never got the products and I have been trying to get an answer from them and no reply to any of the mail addresses or the form they put online.

I’m afraid that I’m sat here with a seriously sore scalp after using Olaplex for the best part of 5 months. I have severe breakage and hair loss … I had spent the last 2 years correcting my hair and now I’m back to square one 😔

This is my hair lifesaver.
I got a bit too friendly with the bleach, and needed to cut a lot of my hair off.
I now use this and have healthy platinum hair - I do think people need to ask a stylist the best products to use and how and when to use it.
I feel lots of people buy it online and are overloading their hair

Worst product, my hair was very damage so I started using olaplex 3,4,5 and 7. I started noticing that my hair got oily and dry at the ends at the point where my hair got worse than it ever was before. Now I started using garnier schampoo and my hair is now soft. How is this product even begin sold

I love this product, I've only used it twice but what a difference in my hair. I have movement and fullness in my hair. When I first used olaplex 0, 3, 4, and rinsed the the product out I noticed some hair lost. But I continued with conditioner and the rest of the products and experienced softer and healthier feeling hair. The second time I used the product I didn't notice any excessive hair loss at all, my hair is so soft and manageable. I don't understand the negative reviews and I'm glad I didn't read them before I purchased my products because I would not have ordered the products. So don't except every negative thing you read about his product try it for yourself. I'm glad I did, customer for life.
