My hair’s been fried from bleaching, and OLAPLEX did make it feel a little softer after using it a few times. But it wasn’t some huge wow difference. The ends are still dry and it still gets tangly. Maybe it works better if you keep using it longer, but for the price I kinda expected more. It’s fine, just not amazing.

I’ve bought from this brand before and usually trust their stuff, so I really wanted this to work for me. I stuck with it for weeks and tried to be patient, but I didn’t notice much of a difference. For the price, I expected my hair to feel better sooner.

Maybe it works better for other people, and that’s why I kept giving it another chance. But every wash I’d think, okay maybe this is the one where I finally notice something, and then nothing really changed. It got frustrating.

I feel a little bad saying it because I do like the brand overall, but this one was a miss for me. I’m giving it 1 star because the results either took way too long or just never showed up. I wouldn’t buy this again.

I did notice my hair felt softer and a little smoother after using it, which I liked. But for what I paid, I was hoping it would do a bit more for me. It’s good enough and I’ll use it up, but I’m not totally convinced it’s worth the price for my hair.

I really wanted to like olaplex, but I blame myself a little for not checking more reviews about the scent first. It was way stronger than I expected, kind of perfumey but also chemical at the same time. The worst part was that it stayed in my hair all day and ended up giving me a headache. I know some people might not mind it, but for me it was a no. I won’t be buying it again.

It does the job, but the texture felt a bit too thick for my liking... not terrible, just not quite what I expected!

The instructions were clear, honestly. I did have to go back and reread one part once, but after that it made sense and I was able to keep going without much trouble

Am I the only one who didn’t see any difference with this? I was hoping it would help smooth out my frizz, but my hair still looked just as frizzy after using it.

I mean, it does work really well for my hair, so I can’t complain too much. I just kind of wish the bottle lasted a little longer for the price.

I used this stuff hoping it would help with my hair breakage, but the breakage is still there. Didn’t really notice a difference

I tried the No. 3 and the shampoo for a few weeks, and then I started seeing a lot more hair coming out in the shower and on my brush. Maybe it just wasn’t a good match for my hair, but once the shedding picked up, I got really worried and stopped using it. I wouldn’t buy it again, and I wish I had read more reviews first.

I tried Olaplex on my curly hair, it did make a difference. My curls are more defined, less frizzy, and they hold their shape better than before. It wasn’t instant though, I had to use it a few times before I really noticed the results. I’m giving it 4 stars because it works, but the price is steep. Olaplex, I’m expecting an apology to my bank account.

I tried this twice hoping it would help with my dry hair, but it just made it feel even drier and kind of straw-like. I didn’t bother reaching out to customer service because I never really trust them to do much besides give a scripted response. Definitely not something I’d buy again

I will say my hair looked a little shinier after using this, so that was nice. Finally. But as far as dryness and frizz go, I didn’t notice a huge difference. Meh. For the price, I was expecting a bit more. It’s not terrible or anything, just kind of okay. Fine. I’m not mad I tried it, but I’m also not rushing to buy it again.

Returning it was simple, but the refund took a full week to show up. That part really annoyed me because it felt like they were quick to take my money but slow to give it back

The service itself worked fine and I didn’t really have any major issues while using it. That said, the subscription setup felt a little confusing, and when I tried to cancel, it was more annoying than it needed to be. Overall, it does what it’s supposed to do, but the cancellation process could definitely be smoother.

I’m not the most patient person when it comes to stuff like this, so I appreciated that applying it was simple and didn’t turn into a big mess. That said, I do prefer really clear instructions, and the steps on the bottle could’ve been better. It took me a couple tries to feel like I was doing it right, but overall it wasn’t too bad.

For the price, I’m not totally convinced I’d repurchase right away, but I also wouldn’t say it was a waste.

I emailed twice about my order and just got no response at all. It’s really frustrating when you’re trying to get help and no one replies. Annoying customer service experience.

I was really hoping this would come through for me because my hair was already in rough shape right before I had a bunch of plans coming up. I used it for weeks, but my hair is still snapping like it was before. the timing made it even more annoying because I needed something that actually helped, and this just didn’t
